I don't know another way to present things

Not even going to try and think about it? That's a cop-out. |I You don't have to admit to it, I'm just advocating adjustment and more adaptability--which is an essential part of communication.

I like how I am, so I see no need to change

You like encountering the level of disrespect you face and the fact that your opinions are "misunderstood" regularly? That's your prerogative. But I'm just saying, you could have much more productive discussions in writing(this is about writing, I don't know how you are verbally) if you thought about better ways to present yourself and your ideas. I assume that's what you want--effective discourse--if not, what's the point?

Whitney masterpiece I'm feeling at the moment: God Bless America, live in NYC in 1999. In this patriotic sequel to her legendary SSB performance, Whitney does what she does best: Combines earth-shattering power, clarity, and range, with a torn-from-the-gut gospelicious flair.
