Just because we weren't shown people looking for Claire doesn't mean they weren't; hell, Jack was barely in the episode. Plus, I am not sure
where
they could look.
Meanwhile,
24
starts Sunday!! It has gotten great reviews from
USA Today
,
TV Guide
, and other sources (for whatever that's worth). Of course, nearly all of the sources praise the return of Chloe, too

In other news, I have been watching season 1 of
The Apprentice
via Netflix. I saw most of the episodes when they aired, but not all of them. I think I was gone from the board when it aired, so I don't know what people here thought. The two best moments for me were Katrina in the dumpster
and Omarosa playing basketball with the kids but not being able to paint
Overall I thought the tasks were better than this past season - more diverse, less 'product placement,' etc. I also thought the people seemed more qualified, or at least more professional; the final 6 of the 1st season match up with the final 2 of the 2nd season.
Troy is worse than I remember. His 'duping' of Katrina wasn't terrible, but it becomes worse in context of his actions on the Hooters mission and then the task where he was ultimately fired. He really is a liar and a cheat.
I thought Bill was the easy/obvious choice for winner, and Kwame was sort of a boring choice for the F2. Amy had been strong until the interviews, and it surprised me that Trump took them that seriously. Katrina really impressed me considering how young she was, though it doesn't seem 'fair' to have 24 year-olds against 30+ year-olds (much like Jenn competing against 37 year-old Kelly, who obviously is going to have more experience).
Maybe you were all faster than me
We gave each other up so easily
These silly little wounds will never mend
I feel so far from where I've been
