Give Pamela some credit. The women were the most organized they'd ever been (perhaps even moreso than when Bradford was PM) and they almost won. Moreover, Pamela's record going into that boardroom was 0-1, which historically has been of little significance (at the same point in season 1, Kwame was also 0-1). The main factor in them losing was the fact that the sponges were priced too high - a decision made by Pamela. Trump's comments after Pamela's firing were in the same vein as Tara's: smart person, good worker, but solely responsible for the team's loss. The only way he could have fired someone else was if they'd done/said something stupid. And that wasn't the case for Pamela or Tara.
