You're right. Pamela was 0-2, but she was still one of the better players in the game according to Trump and co. and her record wasn't an issue when it came time to fire her. She made the decision/committed the action that caused the team to lose. Just like Tara.

Craig's point, I think, was that Audrey likes being 'large in charge' and doesn't like having to answer to others in authority. Not surprised that between Burnett's slice-and-dice editing and Craig's inarticulacy that point was lost in translation.
