Is that any different than when customers ask to see the manager?

You're damned straight it's different. Erin is neither a customer nor a client. She's applying for a job and you're as nutty as she is if you're applying for a job and think it's okay to insult/criticize the hiring partner/manager's right-hand (wo)men. If you feel George and Carolyn are wrong, defend yourself. Erin (Miss "I Don't Discrimination") thought she was so damned articulate and cogent in oral expression, she couldn't find a better way to defend herself (even with Trump's erection for her)? Please.

And while we're at it, in what way has Erin been a decent player? She never won any challenges. Didn't even recognize the inappropriateness of the DOVE commercial. She never won as a project manager. The only thing that saved her was knowing when to shut up (which ironically enough failed her at the critical moment) The only thing she did of note was being a VJ. During the Home Depot challenge, she had NOTHING on Chris and could only pull out his vices, hoping to throw them against the wall and get them to stick. There was no reason why Erin should have stayed over Chris, unless this show turned into THE CONCUBINE and nobody told me.

There are good female candidates to choose from this season. No need to do exercises in futility by trying to make a case for Tweedledumbass and Tweedledipshit (Stephanie and Erin).
