The editing on this show has gotten ridiculous. You knew from the first scene that Erin was a goner :smh She never had a chance, anyway. What in her background would prepare her for the type of apprenticeship this show offers? She said herself she knows nothing about construction, and the job is usually to oversee a new building.

What was the big deal with Erin's last comment? I didn't see it as all that bad. Carolyn and George just love to be on a power trip. They can speak to people when they want and how they want, but the contestants can't speak back. I also didn't get why Carolyn criticized Erin for going after Chris. What's Erin supposed to do? Sit back and let everyone criticize her?

It's funny that Craig's team was criticizing him for just making a decision even if some didn't like it because PMs also get criticized when trying to get a group consensus. PMs are in a no-win situation, so it's cool that the last few people to be fired weren't PMs.
