CELINE - Yawn. She's permanently gone into Barbra Streisand mode: release records without hit potential or promotion and do well-grossing tours. A REAL artist indeed.

JANET - I thought this album would be her comeback, esp. once I heard Feedback. Something went really wrong, though. Too bad her tour is only a US tour, but I hope it will sell well. I can't understand how a person who comes off as a really nice and pleasent one gets into so many arguments with record companies. She really needs to step up her game.

MADONNA - It's very early to say about this era. 4 Minutes was a huge hit and the album has done well in Europe, I don't know about the US yet. The promo gigs were good. GI2M is just breaking out, it's impossible to say if it will be big or not. All the fans seem to think it's the best song on the album. The album was good and refreshing. I wish she'd do a bit more promo, but I guess she's busy with the tour rehearsals.

WHITNEY - Get a fucking record out already, please! I refuse to pay attention to her before she does it. I bet it will be another MLIYL, though, a huge surprise hit.

MARIAH - Though the album is typical Mariah and has decent songs, it lacks stand-out tracks and this is why picking singles is hard. I'm SO glad Bye Bye bombed. TMB was alright, but not a huge, huge hit. Although I like IBLYLT, I doubt it will be huge either. I don't think there'll be anymore big hits from the album. I don't even know what to say about the marriage so I'll leave it at that.
